This game is the child between Silent Hill 1 and Resident Evil 1.
It has a lot of both of them in it, and you can see the inspiration from a mile away.

And that is not a bad thing, actually, it’s quite the opposite… it’s a wonderful thing.
Great horror games like this are extremely rare, especially with this level of polish and content.
From start to finish, this game leaves you in constant tension, and you need to pay an insane amount of attention to everything because every little detail can be part of a puzzle!

And talking about puzzles, oh man, the level of detail of puzzles in this game is incredible! There are so many, and not a single one is simply “find the key”. Even the most simple ones, there is always a creative catch around it, and the hard ones are complete nail bitters.

I truly wish I could forget about this game, just to do another blind playthrough of it, because it was mindblowing how good it was.
